Bio of Pastor Devon Penn

Pastor Devon Penn gave his life to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ In November of 2000 on the beautiful island of Tortola British Virgin islands. Pastor Penn shortly thereafter was baptized and received the right hand of fellowship into the local assembly of New Life Baptist Church in Duffs Bottom; where he was an active member in that fellowship for over thirteen years. 

Pastor Penn was licensed as a Minister in January 2007 and further ordained to the sacred office of Pastor in March 2010, working directly with the Senior Pastor, Bishop John Ivan Cline. During this time, he also served as Ministry Coordinator responsible for evaluating, developing, and directing the programs and ministries within the church that serves over 350 members.

Consults with: Pastor Penn has obtained a Diploma and an Associate of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies from International School of Ministry (ISOM), and is currently pursuing the completion of his undergraduate courses in Biblical studies with a Pastoral Leadership concentration from Moody Bible Institute.

As of January 2014, Pastor Penn has transferred his membership and fellowship to Emmanuel Baptist Church in The Valley, Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands, where he now serves as an Associate Pastor.

Pastor Penn is a capable bible student, teacher and church administrator but his self proclaimed greatest accomplishment to date is his being faithfully married for over 17 years to his college sweetheart and being the full-time father of three beautiful and talented girls.
