Transforming Ministry is a ministry that is designed to transform the believer into the likeness of Christ. Paul in 2 Corinthians 3: 18; said"And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory are being transformed into his likeness with ever increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." This glory that the spirit imparts to us as believers is more excellent and longer lasting than the glory that Moses experienced. How do you get this glory? By unveiling your mind. Transforming Ministry helps the believers do just that, unveil their mind; "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacfirices, holy and pleasing to God--- this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not comform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Transforming Ministry renews the believers mind with the word of God, teaching principals that transform the believers. Scripture gives evidence that Jesus and the biblical writers expected that persons would live differently as a result of knowing God and internalizing his truth. Both being and doing were to be transformed. While potentially this transformation is already a reality to the one who is "in Christ," the Scriptures also indicate that there is a process of putting off and putting on, of increasing in intensity of likeness toward fulfilling a predetermined design. The Spirit is the Instrument of this change. "We, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. This is done by the believer putting off the former manner of life the old man, which is corrupt; and be renewed in the spirit of his/her mind (Ephesians 4:22-23).

In Genesis 22 God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac. Isaac was the son of promise, and God and Abraham is still getting some bad press from people who would want to see God as only a God of "Prosperity and Positive Possibilities"; however we who understands that God is Sovereign and is just as interested in our Holiness as in our happiness. God wants us to be transformed into the "Image of His Son" and for that to happen our heart must be sold out to Him and Him alone. C.S. Lewis said "he who has God with everything added in has no more than him who has God alone". V:12 god told Abraham "now I know that you fear me"; why because you were not reluctant to remove anything (your son) from your life that would possibly distract you from loving me exclusively. That is transformation.
